Defined the programme's delivery framework to align delivery processes from inception to BAU handover, saving the business £500k per year. Managed cross-functional teams of 60+ programme resources promoting collaboration to consistently meet business goals. Delivered 99+ business changes across all projects and achieving positive customer feedback.

AstraZeneca – Data & Analytics Project Manager

Headed the data ingestion project workstream according to defined and agreed scope, within agreed time, cost and quality constraints. Successfully managed workstream resources to deliver the ingestion of raw data into Snowflake DW with the capability to Transfer, Transform and Extract the datasets. Managed 3rd party suppliers to deliver contracted deliverables including the extraction of datasets.

HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) – Senior Project Manager

Exceeded department KPIs by 20% for 6 months concurrently. Supervised the delivery and management of HMRC’s Test Automation solution . Successfully coordinated end users to perform automated tests after the release of the solution.
