  • November 2019, Headhunted to join the OVO London team. Was offered a Key Holder role. Role accountability was floor management and standards. Feedback for my team and driving KPIs.
  • 2019-2023 I worked with my management team, also taking on the roles of 1-2-1 feedback reviews with my sales associates.
  • 2023, based on my performance I was offered the Assistant store manager role, and later took on the role of the Stock/Inventory Manager - dual role. Overseeing the training of our two Key holders.
  • During my time I have aided in recruitment, onboarding, quarterly reviews, aligning our goals or achieving our KPIs. Alongside my teams hard work we achieved our 20% growth from the previous year and were No. 1 store out of 12 for 2023.
  • By the last quarter of 2023 I took charge of the stock/inventory role, as we are the only store outside of Canada and America, HQ and the team as based in Canada. Liaising with the Inventory/Transport team (based in Canada), leading audits, and creating better ways to manage stock in out back of house area. This included presenting cases to the finance team for ordering additional storage options, working with the product team to plan ahead for releases, organising transfers out when approaching space capacity.

  • 2016, I Joined Niketown London as an Athlete (Sales assistant), worked in the Sportswear Department.
  • 2017, Nike started a program named Coach Academy, this was created to aid in the progression from Athlete to Lead (Supervisor/Floor Manager) or a Coach (Assistant Department Manager) selecting 60 applicants to to apply for for 1 of the 4 positions. I successfully gained one of these positions.
  • After 6 months of Coach Academy, I had worked on every department for a term, gain management skills and by the end i was appointed to work as a lead with People Team in recruitment.
  • The role: Hires for part-time and full-time vacancies. Organising recruitment days, and hosting for 40+ potential candidates along side my teammates.
  • 2018, I wanted to gain more floor management skills and also work in a depart i was not as familiar with. I joined the Women's Department as a Lead, but also covered a Coaches role during my time.
