As part of my Food, Preparation and Nutrition GCSE I have had to prepare a number of food dishes in a set amount of time - these included high level skills such as filleting fish, making pasta, and bread and these had to be presented to a high level During this time I gained the award of Chef of the Month

I pride myself on having excellent time keeping skills and (never being late for school or sports sessions) and having 98-100% attendance every year at secondary school
