I worked as a Team member in Next where I was responsible for organising the clothing on the shop floor and making sure everything was in the right place, I made sure the shop floor was fully stocked and clean for customer satisfaction. where I was responsible for replenishing and organising clothing stock to ensure the shop floor was fully stocked and clean for customer satisfaction. I assisted customers with product enquiries, sizing and purchases. I delivered a friendly and efficient service to customers. assisted customers with any questions like sizing, stock or just a general friendly chat and I operated this with a friendly attitude. I operated the shop floor tills and processed transactions. I maintained a tidy and welcoming store environment. Through this role i developed strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work effectively in a fast paced setting while under stress.

I provided friendly and efficient customer service at the counter and over the phone to customers ordering. I accurately took in person, telephone and online orders from customers even under stress and during peak times where the shop was busy. I prepared and packed customers goods to ensure accuracy and quality. Handled cash and card payments responsibly and I learned to use the card machine effectively. I maintained cleanliness of the shop floor and service areas to fit in with hygiene standards. I restocked shelves and monitored inventory levels.
