PERSONAL STATEMENT

I’m excited to have the opportunity to apply for an apprenticeship with Price Wallace Limited. I have a keen interest not only in the buying and selling of houses but also in lettings and property management which stems from family members who rent out properties in Bedford and the surrounding areas. The opportunity to learn about the industry from professionals within a company that has been in Bedford since 2013 and who I understand are thought of as Bedford’s most innovative and forward-thinking Agents is in line with my hopes to learn about all aspects of the property industry and have a long and successful career as the industry evolves in the ever changing market.

Having lived in the Bedford area for 14 years I know Bedford and the surrounding areas and villages well and believe that this knowledge would help me to assist customers find the property that best suits their needs and guide them through the buying or renting process once I have learned the skills and information on the legal requirements and the property industry to successfully do so in a confident and professional way.

An enthusiastic and committed individual with good communication skills being able to interact with people at all levels and of all ages. A proven ability for self-motivation and independent working as well as working effectively as part of a team and having good leadership skills. Driven and ambitious whilst keen to learn from the experience I have around me to reach my full potential. A full understanding of the importance of creating an inclusive environment and good customer service and the importance of building positive relationships with customers and has the ability to solve problems, resolve conflict and achieve positive outcomes. Has a friendly and outgoing personality with a good sense of humor.
