Eva Sinclair

I have worked in a cafe for 3.5 years, starting at age 14; I have risen through multiple positions and have new key responsabilities such as staff management and training new employees. I am able to create a problem free environment by managing staff and creating high standards for employees to work at. I also have the ability to work under time pressure while preparing high standard coffee on a regular basis.

I did a week of work experience in a national firm specialising in water treatment. I was able to shadow many different positions including heads of departments in HR, sales and finance as well as speaking to engineers and learning about their day to day hands on jobs. I had 1 to 1 meatings with members of the senior leadership team and the CEO. This gave me a great opportunity on how a firm opperates and gave me real world knowledge on how a specific industry is run and how a firm is managed.
