I offer strong interpersonal skills and a reliable work ethic. I have gained a substantial amount of knowledge about time management through the diverse range of roles I have undertaken, and I believe that effective customer and personalised care is crucial.

My nursing knowledge is an asset and can be utilised to reassure customers, colleagues and patients in various situations. I particularly enjoy problem-solving, collaboration and believe my interpersonal skills reflect this.

I am very empathetic and understanding, and can assess a situation proactively, aware of who to signpost to if any concerns or problems. My outgoing, bubbly personality presents as a welcoming smile to all who communicate with me within a work setting, and I will always work to the very best of my ability in a wide variety of job roles.

Since my qualification, I have been called into universities to assist with practice sessions and talk about my own experiences of obtaining my degree during the COVID pandemic. This has increased my confidence when speaking with people from new and various cultures and personalities. I feel passionate about having an impact on the community to prevent health inequalities and complications in what is a very challenging world at present.

I have strong, clear communication and organisational skills to ensure customer satisfaction/effective patient care and thrive in challenging situations, as I believe this is where you learn the most.
