I am a driven individual with great communication and problem-solving skills. I adapt easily in team and customer settings. I am a positive and motivated person and always willing to learn new skill sets to improve my knowledge which reflects in my work.
I joined South west water in January 2023 as a customer service advisor, around 5 months later i then did my front-end operations training. During this time i also joined the customer moves team which i remained on until February 2025 when i joined the assistance team.
