• When I was 16, I worked for a year in my grandmother’s clothing shop, where I gained hands-on experience in customer service and retail operations. My responsibilities included assisting customers, managing stock, organising displays, and operating the till. I learned how to communicate confidently with people of different ages, handle transactions accurately, and maintain a welcoming environment. This experience helped me develop reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, as well as an understanding of how a business operates day to day.

• I have taken part in several charitable events and I did voluntary work at an elderly care home for a couple of months.
• I achieved a distinction in ballet level 5 at The Royal Ballet School.
• Accepted into Central St Martin's for Accessories, Footwear and Jewelry Design. (Unable to attend due to COVID)
