• I developed my own business initially making bracelets, which I sold through advertising on social media. I then went on to create bespoke Pamper Hampers. This started out through word of mouth and then extended through family and friends and resulted in me creating a variety of hampers to meet the customers preferences. Through this, I then started to create a Sweet cone business, making sweet cones for children's parties and events. I have attended four different fairs, selling all of these products. This has given me a lot of experience working with customers in different scenarios, developing my communication skills and building my confidence.
• I have also made a variety of hampers and sweet cones for charity events such as the HEY KIDS Type 1 Diabetes Children and Family Support group, SEND charity as well as several school fairs. Each event has provided me with the business skills needed to organise and purchase resources, display products and interact with customers.

During the Summer of 2024, I assisted at two events with Scrap Store, supporting a Freelance Artist in providing creative activities for children and families.

The first event was based at the Scrap Store unit in Hull, the second was part of the Yorkshire Integration Festival (Little Amal) based at Pearson Park. Here I experienced working with a variety of cultures and ages, through creative activities.

Throughout these events, I was responsible for managing resources, interacting with the public, and providing fun activities for children and families.
