In any job that I have gained experience in I have always been rewarded and praised on my excellent work ethic and positive attitude towards customers and colleagues. Working in a customer facing role over the years I have a great understanding of making every customer experience personal to them, adapting the way I work to ensure a positive outcome for those involved.
I am good at working in fast and demanding environments, not letting the pressure get to me in important times while still remaining to be pleasant to both customers and colleagues.
From my experience of being a supervisor at one of my previous jobs I have learned the importance of making sure that all working tasks are completed in the correct manner and successfully within the time limit. I also believe that it is extremely important to guarantee that my other colleagues can rely on me.
