Management:
● Ensure that all safeguarding procedures are adhered to during mentoring sessions, promoting a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
Operational Support:
● To organise and attend Annual Reviews, KFC, CIN, CPC and Engagement Meetings, as required
● Safeguarding Level 3 to be obtained and maintained every two years, in order to support the L2L Safeguard Team.
● To liaise with parents/carers as appropriate
● Support with Onboarding and Offboarding with all students, student information and ensuring all students have up to date and regularly reviewed Individual Risk Assessments, as required
● Raise opportunities for mentor development and student development (PSHE, SEMH) through calendared events, curriculum content and volunteer/work experience
Supportive quality assurance:
● Maintain clear and open lines of communication with both mentors and senior management, facilitating the flow of information and feedback.
● Supporting in maintaining standards of reports and communicating with leaders where required.

● Continuous Professional Development: Support in the implementation of opportunities for professional growth and training for the mentoring team.
● On-Hand Session Support: Be available to mentors during sessions, offering real-time support and guidance as needed to ensure smooth session delivery.
