  • Breakfast and Sunday dinner service waitress. I provided exceptional customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and always delivered friendly and efficient service to enhance guest experiences. I maintained cleanliness and organisation of dining areas and workstations and areas in kitchen such as glass wash. The Belfry Resort had very high standards for their staff, I always ensured I had freshly pressed and cleaned uniform every shift and went through rigorous training to acquire all the essential certificates, such as ALPS, food hygiene and safety, manual handling, fire safety ext.
