Summary

I’m naturally curious and motivated to learn, always keen to explore new ideas, get involved in change initiatives, and pick up new skills using available tools. This mindset has helped me improve how I and my teams work more efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. I enjoy sprints, problem‑solving, and sharing knowledge, focusing on practical end‑to‑end solutions that define what “good” looks like for real‑life exceptions in fulfilment centres. This supports teams in confidently delivering capabilities and opportunities across UFCs and CFCs.
While I haven’t formally held a Design Manager role, I regularly work beyond my level by contributing ideas, supporting automation‑related projects, and helping teams deliver change with confidence. I learn quickly, ask the right questions, and adapt well, which has enabled me to add value across UFCs and automated CFCs.
I put the end user at the centre of my work, communicating clearly through strong visuals, structured documentation, and practical messaging. I’m known as a creative communicator and am ready to step into a Work Level 2 role.
