  • Responsible for the clinical delivery of the Tier 1 services in the Merton and Camden contracts and Tier 2 CATS service in Merton.
  • Clinical quality is measured with ePROMs and ePREMs which I present to ICB along with other clinical reports such as Incidents, Feedbacks, Research/Audit results, Clinical Supervision compliance, Patient Engagement activities, Health Inequality Projects, and LIS/SDIP reports in quarterly Contract and Quality Meetings.
  • Hold my own caseload of highly complex patients within the CATS service. This involves detailed subjective and objective assessments, ordering diagnostic tests including XR, MRI, Blood, NCSs and USS, diagnostic triage, delivering injection therapy where clinically indicated and appropriate and referring patients onto Secondary Care specialist services for their definitive treatment.
  • Ensured MECC principles practised to provide person-centred holistic care.
  • National and Regional Clinical Pathways - I contributed towards the regional London Spinal Fracture Pathway. I wrote the National Clinical Guidance for the Management of Lumps and Bumps and supported the development of national guidance on the management of foot drops by GIRFT starting in mid September 2025.
  • Contributed to MSK pathways for SWL embedment of GetUBetter App with PCN Clinical Leads, co-designed and implemented SWL Surgical Podiatric pathway.
  • Provided quality clinical supervision for all contracts in accordance with local policy, both face to face and virtually.
  • Lead on Undergraduate and Master’s student placements.
  • In 2020, developed a passion in supporting student placements throughout Covid-19; and published 'Rapid Implementation and Improvement of a virtual student placement model in response to the Covid-19 Pandemic.'
  • Led on virtual student placements across the company during Covid-19 and continue to build relationships with student HEI's across London to support student placements.
