Qualified Physiotherapist with five years of NHS hospital experience, including two years specializing in outpatient musculoskeletal (MSK) care in both a junior and senior role. Management of return-to-sport clinics, supporting patients through complex rehabilitation journeys following serious injuries and operations to achieve optimal recovery and return to high-demand sports.

Passion in snow sport (Skiing and Snowboarding), cultivated from early childhood, has evolved into a professional pursuit that merges personal enthusiasm with industry expertise. Recent completion of CASI Level 2 Snowboard Instructor qualification during three-month season in Banff, Alberta, significantly enhanced understanding of movement, biomechanics, and performance in snowsports. This also fostered development of education, feedback and communication skills in the domain of instructing and coaching skills to others.

Completion of communication as well as strength and conditioning courses has led to more effective, individualized patient care. Enhanced patient rapport and increased adherence to rehabilitation programs have contributed to improved clinical outcomes.

Continuous professional development and research review has allowed maintenance of an adaptive and evidence-based clinical practice. Eager to leverage clinical skills, teaching experience, and passion for individual focussed and bespoke problem solving.
