Elliott Pottle

Southampton,Hampshire

Summary

Newly qualified physiotherapist (BSc Hons, HCPC registration scheduled August 2025) with deep-rooted ties to Hampshire and a long-standing commitment to contributing to the local NHS. Experienced in respiratory rehabilitation through a Band 3 role in COPD services, where I supported consultant-led community clinics and helped shape service delivery. Through placements in ITU/Respiratory, Stroke, MSK Outpatients, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Community Reablement, Paediatrics and a simulated Band 5 caseload, I've built confidence across acute, outpatient and community environments. Adaptable, reflective and creative in my clinical approach, with a strong foundation in communication, prioritisation and MDT collaboration. Actively seeking a rotational post to expand my skills and discover my future specialty within a team that values curiosity, patient-centred care and continuous improvement.
