
A highly dedicated Assistant Headteacher and SLT member with extensive experience leading teaching and learning in an outstanding, three form entry, high-need London primary school. I possess a proven track record of driving school improvement, including the recent implementation of a whole school colourful semantics approach. I have a good understanding of the SEND Code of Practice, with significant experience supporting teachers to create inclusive classrooms, ensure outcomes for children with SEND are strong, set SMART IEP targets and implement recommendations from external reports. I work closely with the inclusion team to contribute to EHCP and other HNF applications. I am a self-motivated leader with excellent communication skills and a track record of outstanding teaching and much experience supporting SEND and EAL learners. I write and deliver training programmes for new staff and coaching staff to challenge performance and raise standards.
