As a Relevant Person’s Representative for vulnerable adults and specifically people with dementia, my responsibilities was, keeping contact with the service users, representing and supporting them in all matters relating to the deprivation of liberty safeguards (DoLS) for people who are lacking capacity. I was also made sure that they were having group works activities , self-work, visits, community activities, and meets with other citizens or family members. I had to applied positive service user approach to increase satisfaction levels and to built rapport with them.
