Eleanor rice

I am A 21 year old compassionate animal care worker who is keen to learn and expand her knowledge as well as experience. I posses good human and communication skills and thrive in a demanding workspace. My lifetime goal is to work with disadvantaged people and help them improve their lives working alongside animals. While working at RAC Saddle Club I was responsible for many riding lessons for children, adults and people with various disabilities. I was in charge of mentoring a young woman while she attended the Changing Lives Through Horses course. We worked together for over a year and she thoroughly enjoyed our time together. I found this experience deeply rewarding , which helped me decide this was the career path I wanted to take. I also thrived organising and co-ordinating my work team to meet goals in strict time requirements.
