- Work with a team of service Engineers to:
- Coordinate and supervise all field activities which include mobilization of equipment and all needed accessories for each operation
- Supervise and monitor the execution of client’s job design
- Evaluate all the inherent safety challenges associated with each design job for client
- OPERATIONS
- Review CT service log to ensure that coiled tubing pipe have sufficient serviceability to safely complete the job with a reasonable contingency factor
- Review CT service log to ensure that coiled tubing string shall be able to complete the job within operating limits such as tensile strength, burst, collapse and torsional yield
- Perform check on all auxiliary equipment including the coiled tubing pipe and BOP system to confirm their compatibility with the formation fluids and treating fluids
- Perform documentation of site specific orientation in conjunction with the client to review safety issues, identification of any hazards on location, egress route and muster stations before commencing operations
- Review well parameters such as formation or treatment fluids, depth, pressure, relevant well equipment and detailed (trajectory and ID restrictions), and emergency response plan (ERP) with the client
- Perform and review proposed equipment layout and spacing requirements recognizing all regulatory requirements with the client
- Perform rig-up operations of all hydraulic lines, testing lines, and kill lines and ensure same are secured and kept tidy so as to prevent interference with the emergency evacuation plan on location

- Execute well casing cementation operations in various Seplat marginal fields in Delta region
- Coordinate and supervise the process of mixing of additives with class G neat cement to produce cement slurry which is subsequently pumped into the annulus around casing or in the open hole below the casing string
- Assist in calculating the volume of fluid slurry composition to be pumped
- Assist in the analysis of well parameters, and then design placement techniques and fluid to meet the life of the well
- Engaged in all rigging up operations of all treating lines, swivel, low and high pressure hose and valves to the various end points
- Coordinate the documentation of job logs and signing of all job tickets at the end of each operation
- Execute Injectivity test and acid stimulation job through CT on UMU-17 well for Midwestern Oil and Gas Company Umusadege field in Kwale.
