Customer Delivery Manager
5 Years 5 Months- My daily duties at Entegral include :-
- Client Onboarding & Discovery
- Initial consultation sessions with new clients to conduct needs assessments gathering technical requirements to tailor the Bodyshop Management System for their business needs
- System Configuration
- Configure and set up custom software environments based on gathered specifications ensuring all system parameters align with client workflows prior to launch
- Customer Training & Delivery
- Onboard and log end-users into the platform delivering structured training programs to maximise user adoption and ensure clients gain full value from their investment.
- End-to-End Account Ownership
- Seamlessly guide clients through the entire post purchase journey from initial discovery to system go-live, ensuring smooth transitions and high client satisfaction.
Panel Beater
6 Months- To assess damaged vehicles then strip down and repair accident damage to industry standards ready for paint, Upon completion of paintwork to refit the vehicle ready for final check off.
General Manager
11 Months- As the general manager of a busy crash repair shop I was responsible for making sure all targets were met to high standards so customers received a top class service. To work with all other colleagues in the site to achieve a smooth process of repairs to vehicles.
- Dealing with wages for all employees on site.
- Regular management meeting on performance and achieving our targets.
- Conducting interviews with potential new employees.

- And general overall running of a busy vehicle crash repair centre.
Workshop Controller
1 Year 8 Months- To assist in the workshop and offices of the crash repair shop in making sure vehicles were repaired on time jobs were handed out evenly to repairing technician and quality control of the finished vehicles upon completion of repairs.
