Dylan Thompson

• My first introduction to the world of work taught me the

importance of punctuality and time management as well as the

ability to connect and work together in a team.

• Working at the hotel in summer and winter times outside of

being at university has taught me so much more than I knew

before with regards to exceptional customer service and effective

communication.

• I am proud to have recently received a 'employee of the month'

award. This achievement highlighted my passion for my job, my

strong and persevering work ethic and dedication to exceeding

customer expectations.
