A motivated Mechanic Who takes great pride in my work and customer service, A firm believer that how you explain something and or treat a customer is the largest contributing factor to a good or a bad experience over if any work is successful or unsuccessful especially in the breakdown/ roadside industry.
Take great care and attention to detail with any and all jobs assigned and always make sure tasks are completed to the highest standard in mind.
I was later offered a leadership role by a friend at Kwikfit which I accepted going on to take control of a workshop primarily by myself, whilst I do Enjoy the environment and opportunity to run a workshop I have come to terms that my Skill base is better suited for roadside work.
Whilst here I am learning to keep/ manage good daily operations and productivity across a small Team of 5 people, alongside this I am frequently managing, stock, Tools, and good work relations across the centre coupled with great customer service.
Soon after leaving the AA I found myself in a similar yet far different role at the RAC this being a role in the mobile mechanic sector (SMR tech) covering a large amount of area across the North of London and surrounding areas, often doing 100-200miles a day or more.
Whilst working in this Role I was replacing Starter motors, batteries, breakes, servicing and diagnostic works along with much more whilst roadside.
I really enjoyed the role as well as the support and chats I had with colleagues around me working in similar regions.

Whilst working at the AA as a mobile technician I found myself Quickly adapting to the lone working environment , I was often making my own decisions based on current circumstances as well as managing my own Van whilst keeping it clean and well organised throughout the day ready for the next.
My abilities and technical competence in the automotive industry grew and expanded massively within the short period of working for the AA in the breakdown role.
