I am an accredited Crystal Healer, Sound Healer, and Shamanic practitioner and hold Reiki I and II Certification.

Alternative healing is highly effective at triggering our relaxation response, which counters the many symptoms caused by chronic stress while helping to balance our whole being.

The Sound Therapy techniques are delivered by using my instruments; Chakra Crystal Singing bowls, Moon Gong, Crystal bespoke Harp, Crystal Pyramid, Ocean Drum and Rain Stick. These are used during a one-to-one session and as a group sound bath.
