Diana Bilverstone

Troston,Suffolk

Summary

I joined my local Parish Council (Troston) in September 2023 - to my surprise I become Chair in May 2024 and have continued in this position since that time.

Obviously I understand the 'workings' of a Parish Council from a councillor point of view but from working closely with my own Parish Clerk I also have experience of the Parish Clerk position.

Prior to 2010, when I had my children, I worked in traditional office settings as a bookkeeper, accounts clerk, office manager - so I have a good background understanding of general accounts, VAT, budgeting and payroll.
