Whilst working at Cineworld, I have learnt how to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This includes working behind the concessions counter, where I prepare and serve snacks like popcorn, nachos, and drinks, making sure everything is done quickly and hygienically. I’ve learnt how to use the tills, take orders efficiently, and handle both card and cash payments accurately.
I also help with cleaning and maintaining the cinema, including wiping down counters, sweeping and mopping floors, and making sure the front-of-house areas are always presentable for customers. I also help clean the screens by picking up rubbish, checking for any lost items, and ensuring the seats, aisles, and screens are clean before the next showing.
Throughout my shifts, I make sure I stay on top of keeping the area tidy, putting stock back in its place, and helping wherever needed, so everything runs smoothly.

• Whilst at Wetherspoons I learnt how to work on bar this included being able to make different pitchers and making sure I added the right ingredients to them, and the different measurements needed.
• I also learnt how to pour different pints of beer and what drinks went into which glasses.
• I was a part of tidying up at the end of the night which included emptying the pour trays where the excess alcohol was and then wiping thoroughly.
• I was taught how to put the glasses in the dishwasher and then put them in trays ready for them to be stocked back onto the bar in their respective places.
• I would also have to clean under the bar where I would sweep the floor and then wipe the underneath with a cloth and spray as well as mopping the floor to make sure that it would be ready for the morning staff.
• As well as this I would put the clean glasses away throughout the night so that there would always be glasses when they were needed.

• During my time at Next, I worked in the stock room, mainly working on packing Hermes packages.
• When working sorting out Hermes packages, I helped to organise the items into different sections, depending on what they are -i.e., sold ready, etc.
• Furthermore, in the stock room, I worked on packing, meaning that if an order needed to go out, then I would need to package it accordingly.
• I also had to be a part of a team to help set up the shop floor ready for Summer Sale.
• I had to tag the clothes with the different sale prices using a Zebra scanner.
• I then had to work alongside my colleagues and sort through the clothes into their colours and sizes so that they would be clear and accessible for customers.

• Company Overview: OK4U is a day centre that works with people who have physical and learning difficulties.
• I had a chance to spend a day at OK4U.
• Whilst there I spent time learning about how the centre is ran and the activities they had to offer.
• I also spent the day with the users of the daycentre, and I got to work with them in their music room singing along to songs with them.
