• Design bespoke, differentiated lesson plans tailored to individual students' target grades, learning styles, and chosen performance/text specialisms.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for practical coursework and devised performance pieces, closely mirroring the individualised approach used in private tutoring.
• Prepare students for drama school and university auditions, including monologue selection, personal statement guidance, and interview technique.
• Maintain strong continuity with former Head of Drama role, ensuring Sixth Form provision remains aligned with whole-department standards and expectations.
