  • Managing a team of 3 Talent Acquisition Specialists to provide a robust framework and strategy to reach targets within Driver and Non Driver recruitment including Head Office functions, Engineering and Apprentices.

  • Reduced agency usage at site from 35% to 16.21% in just 18 weeks. 136 offers in the first 18 weeks of the role, 125 of those were successfully onboarded into the business
  • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business during challenging peak demand in Covid-19
  • Managed end-to-end recruitment process for several high-profile projects in 3 positions during 18 months
  • In the first role with Arla I was responsible for the end to end recruitment process for sites across the UK. Sites I was responsible for are Dairies & Creameries which are fast paced 24/7 production sites nationwide including Aylesbury - largest dairy in Europe. The roles include but not limited to: Shift Team Leaders, Health & Safety, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation and Maintenance), Logistics and Operations, Support Functions, Senior Management. 87 White Collar roles filled in 6 months.
  • My 2nd role within Arla was a brand new position which included rolling out an in-house Frontline colleague recruitment process at our largest Warehouse in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. This was an exciting role as it gave me chance to prove myself in a trial project position which didn't align with the global business model. The success of this project lead to getting an additional permanent Talent Partner to take on FrontLine recruitment process. I was responsible for rolling out TA strategy, sourcing and screening a high number of candidates for 2 weekly inductions. Working closely with site teams and developing relationships has massively improved our local reputation since bringing the team in house from being 3rd party for many years previously.   • RFL: uncertainty regarding the RPO contract being renewed, accepted a more senior fully internal role with a global business
  • Managing end to end recruitment process for the UK Poultry division across 5 manufacturing sites in the UK + Head Office central functions in Birmingham. This includes the largest factory in the business - Scunthorpe which turns over £320m and employs 2,000 people.
  • Partnered with HR to align talent acquisition strategies with business needs.
  • Working on 25+ permanent roles in a timely manner and with great attention to detail to ensure an exceptional level of recruitment service is provided to 2 Sisters Food Group. Roles include but not limited to: Production, SHEQ, Technical, Operations, Engineering, Marketing
