Connecting Dumbarton Project

Shadowed the civil engineer onsite for the week.


Took on the roles and responsibilities of a civil engineer: Extracting information from complex drawings then clearly marking this information out using a total station. Discovering unknown services underground using a CAT Scanner and alerting the ground crew. Then Finally assist the engineer solve onsite problems which was the repositioning of gulley's due to unknown services being discovered.

As the project was in Dumbarton I had to commute through public transport as I could not arrange a lift.
