I have had many years of working with children from babies to 17 yrs old. I am currently supporting a team of 28 to successfully reach their goals in working in a childcare environment. Whilst managing the staff team I also am very active in supporting each individual throughout their working day. I have a fantastic relationship with all our parents and children and am there to help and offer support when and where needed. I am a very fair and understanding member of the management team and take all areas of discussion into consideration, if I feel that there is no way of meeting a request from a staff member or parent I will always make sure to either point them in the right direction or give them an explanation as to why what they are asking for is not viable. I am always willing to give my 100% in any role I step into.
