I currently run a kitchen in a primary school and i am solely responsible for feeding 150 children three different meal options everyday.

I am responsible for ordering meals for the children, record keeping, maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen and dinning hall as well as managing the lunchtime team.

Worked in a team providing hot meals, salads, sandwiches and deserts for the Police staff at Weymouth Police Station, food ordering, cashing up, keeping clean and well kept kitchen, store room and restaurant as well as taking part in all required training.

Supporting adults with challenging learning disabilities with their everyday life, care needs, diet, shopping and general wellbeing.

Keeping daily records, completing all required training.

Collecting customers and taking them on their journey including school children to specialist schools.

Operating radio and answering phone to take bookings and send out jobs to drivers.

Taking bookings for restaurant and hotel, serving customers who are dining, drinking in the bar and staying at hotel.

Opening up, locking up, assisting manager with rotas, orders and working with kitchen staff to unsure customers and staff are happy.
