I am dedicated to following health and safety guidelines, handling food items properly making sure myself and others are kept safe.

I really enjoy being a supportive team-member, I am helpful and approachable, this shows in my history of dance class assistant and AVON representative.

Remain calm and collective in busy environments, following orders and communicating with a team.

Skills

  • Food preparation and safety - As a member of Rainbows, Brownies and Beavers I learned to prepare and cook meals for myself and a large group I also learned food hygiene and safety in the kitchen
  • Speedy and efficient - During my time as an AVON representative I had to work on my own getting customer orders in, ordering online, delivery and packaging and distributing their orders in a specific time, making sure all orders were correct and delivered quickly to my customers
  • Safe food handling practices - When I was on my Duke of Edinburgh expedition I had to prepare and cook my meals out on a camp-site, therefore I had to make sure all food handling practices were safe and hygienic
  • Cash register operation - Handling cash from AVON customers and making sure the correct change was given
  • Highly organised - This was a skill I used in Duke of Edinburgh, as an Avon representative and also being a dance assistant as I need to have each task set out to be able to complete them to a high standard
  • Ordering procedures - Another skill I used as an AVON representative was ordering customers items on the AVON ordering website
  • Quick learner - This is a skill I use in dance class when my dance teacher gives me choreography to learn to be able to teach the other dancers I help with
  • Strong communication - I can and I am used to communicating with people of all ages due to the work experience I have
