In my current role my duties include, food preparation, cooking, taking card and fingerprint payments, stock control, planning menu's that follow the guideline's on healthy eating and nutrition, supporting the children's overall well being while following safeguarding requirements.

My role as a front of house assistant was to help ensure the smooth running of the bar and restaurant while providing a positive and comfortable environment for the residents, taking card and cash payments, taking bookings in person and on the phone, taking deposits for upcoming events, designing and creating menu's for theme nights, generating the monthly allergen and intolerance charts and reports, ensuring any manual matrix is correct, dealing with day to day general requests from the residents and customers, being approachable warm and professional at all times while providing excellent customer service with a personable approach. Over my 7 years of working at Shenley Wood retirement village I built a strong working repour with the residents and their families.

My role as a data entry clerk included inputting data into a database system, updating the company database, following data entry protocols to meet confidentiality and security standards and generating reports.
