My main role was to scan and weigh the freight on the gizmo and put a label on it with the correct details. I would also scan the pre labelled freight to a trailer, then put them on to a conveyor to be put on to a trailer. If there was anything that wasn't on the system, I would go into the office and find the paperwork, so it could be put onto the system. I now unload vehicles and put the freight on the conveyor belt to be loaded on to a trailer. Sometimes I load a trailer all night.

I would send letter to customers and have to record anything that was posted. I would file away paperwork for different people in the office. I would also put invoices on the computer so they would be paid. I would sometimes help making the hoses to be sent out to customers.
