Full Manufacturer trained with Scania, Volvo, Mercedes, DAF and Renault including Electric HGVs.

Ensured compliance for 190 drivers in Manchester and handled training needs for over 300 drivers at 3 different locations.

Responsible for the manning, servicing and operating of 70 vehicles to ensure all holidays are taken within the year inside company set parameters and without any stood trucks being left in depots unused.

Collaborated with a national fleet department to oversee repairs, maintenance, and servicing for all 70 vehicles in my control. Managed incident reporting and external communication with organisations such as Emergency Services, DVSA, and FTA about my depot fleet.

Responsible for the maintenance and upkeeping of a modern depot including and building work being completed. This includes Bi-Annual audits completed by a Risk and Compliance team ranging from site cleanliness to Legionella Testing, security tests to site gritting.
