During the high-profile LV MultiCover project, I was the lead test analyst for the PolicyCenter application, where the project followed the Scaled Agile principles to deliver the required changes to the business functionality, before this I was part of the successful implementation of the new PolicyCenter (Guidewire) £100m + Project and have also contributed to several smaller projects over the years.

• Responsibilities:
• Plan and prioritise work for all incoming testing.
• Create and maintain test scripts within Jira and spotting the opportunity for script test automation.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues through to resolution.
• Stakeholder management setting expectations verses reality
• Design, develop and evolve test scripts to ensure test processes remain robust and relevant.
• Work closely with Developers, SME’s, Product Owners, Scrum Masters to achieve expected roadmap goals.
• Facilitated training sessions for junior testers, aiding their professional growth and understanding of quality assurance best practices.
• Enhanced system functionality by identifying and resolving software defects.
• Identified critical bugs, enhancing overall system stability and performance.
• Coordinated closely with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage, fostering an integrated approach to product development.
