Summary

I am an accomplished educator with over 20 years of experience running large and successful departments. I am able to get the best out of both my team and the pupils we educate. I foster a positive environment that encourages learning and exploring mathematics.

As Vicegerent I was able to galvanise and get the very best out of 150 staff and created a wonderfully positive atmosphere at the school following challenging post-covid times.

Creating a brand new mixed junior boarding house has been a hugely satisfying experience and it has given me invaluable pastoral experience .
