I worked with a team of 5 GPs who formed a cooperative to provide out of hours cover to 3 Devon Prisons. This often invilved dealing with mental health emergencies as well as drug abuse and extensive self harm requiring stitching within the prison.

Worked in ENT clinic , seeing pre and post op patients.

Use of flexible laryngoscopy and rigid nasendoscopy.

Use of binocular microscope and microsuction of ears.
