January 25 - present - Within my current role I was responsible for the implementation of our new Geospatial Content Enhancement Framework, with a value of £35 million which replaces the previous Geospatial Data Services Framework.

• 14 Month Procurement Exercise working to the New Procurement Act regualtions
• Cross Collaboration with multiple internal team to create overarching Framework Terms and Conditions and ensure legal compliance.
• Worked with our Technology teams to build and deliver live environments for supplier test assessments
• Part of the moderation team who assessed and scored interested supplier submissions
• Outcome was a renewed Framework for the next four years, with a strong supply chain in place to deliver our strategic ambitions.

Feb 2021 - Decemeber 2024 - Responsible for managing the Geospatial Data Services Framework.

A Team lead of four Supplier Managers who maintain external supplier performance as part of our supply chain.

The Supply chain is Indian based and is responsible for delivering 70,000kms of UK mapping annually and three million Improvement edits.

• Effectively Managed supplier relationships, improving delivery timescales and product quality.
• Working closely with internal software teams to deliver and maintain our proprietary editing solution, the Geospatial Production platform (GSPP)
• Improved operational efficiency within our supply chain through collaborative enhancements
