Summary

Having joined Steven Eagell in March 2016 as a Sales Executive brand new to the industry, I found myself progressing swiftly. Progression began with a promotion to Senior Sales Executive within my first 12 months with the company. Following on, I was then promoted to my first managerial role as a Sales Controller based in our flagship dealership in Milton Keynes in July 2018. Progression only continued for me as time went on, I secured a Sales Manager position at our Bedford dealership in May 2020. After exceeding expectations, I was then offered the opportunity to manage our Lexus branch in Birmingham, which I of course welcomed with open arms. My journey through the ranks at Steven Eagell ultimately led me back to where it began for me in Northampton as a Sales Controller closer to home nearer to my expanding family.

I firmly believe that my progression in the company was down to not only hard work and dedication, but the ability to not only sell the product, but to sell myself to the customer as I truly believe people buy from people.
