• I learned many key skills as a waiter such as being able to work calmly and e ciently under pressure at peak hours while also maintaining a friendly attitude towards customers.

In this job I managed a vast amount of emails and inquiries from junior doctors and patients regarding the course as well as taking many booking calls to acquire new costumers for the course, furthermore, I assisted in setting up venues for a course in preparing junior doctors for the medical PACES exam as well as managing many of the background tasks during the course to keep it running.
