- This role taught me valuable experience in how to interact with a variety of age groups, ranging from Year 10 children to having conversations with sixth form students and teaching meetings in staff rooms. This helped provide me with a realistic perspective of the view of a workplace from an employed position. This helps me in a massive set of roles, as I have developed the skills and confidence to talk and be willing to help anyone who needs assistance, whether it be in a retail store or over the phone, providing customer service.
