Daniel Stephens

I am a dedicated, time and goal-driven individual having served with the British Army as a vehicle and avionics engineer within the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. During my service, I was first and always a soldier, operating weapons systems and training in some of the world's harshest climates, only through discipline and arduous training was this possible. I have deployed on multiple operations both within the UK and overseas including counter-terrorism. My secondary role was to maintain, repair and diagnose faults across a wide range of military vehicles ensuring their operational readiness for the success of any mission, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail resulting in reliable vehicle performance and progression through the ranks commanding a section of troops. Whilst in service I have collaborated with diverse teams from all over the world, it is here where I fostered a spirit of camaraderie and a shared purpose for accomplishing tasks efficiently under ever-changing and challenging conditions. After my tenure in the armed forces, I joined the motor industry becoming An experienced sales professional with expertise in new and used car sales, strategic planning, and upselling. Demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. I have proven my ability to continuously exceed targets and fulfil the customer’s and businesses' needs and expectations. Having sold a high volume of vehicles and breaking site records, stepping in as acting used car sales manager for 3 months, I am now looking for the next step, in brand and quality ultimately striving for further progression with the motor industry.
