  • I was the clients first point in contact when they need repairs and a hire vehicle as they claim against the third party insurance.
  • Provided great customer service to customers, guiding them through the process of credit hire in a time of distress for themselves.
  • I then moved to a higher team in the company called Pending. Here I held responsibility over whether we would proceed with the claim.
  • I spoke to and dealt with multiple more stakeholders within the claim, such as witnesses, repairers, Third party insurers and the Third party drivers themselves.
  • Overall my time here taught me brilliant interpersonal skills over the phone and how to deal in high pressure environments
