I'm 23 years old, I grew up in rural Lincolnshire, my dad was the gamekeeper at Rothwell where I spent the majority of my childhood. I would spend all summer working with him and his team in the rearing sheds and all winter bushbeating on the shoot.
As much as I enjoyed the agricultural lifestyle I was always pushed by my parents to get a trade so after I finished school I got an apprenticeship as an electrician. After I got qualified and left college I wanted to take the next step and try run a business. At 22 I became self employed under the name of DJP Electrical.
