Being part of the Butterfly Garden Team, means I constantly have a positive attitude, especially when it comes to dealing with our visitors, even the ones who may have a complain to make. My main role here, is to welcome visitors, ensure they are satisfied throughout their visit, which includes informing them about several rules we have in place to make sure everyone is safe, happy, and also to look out for the well-being of the butterflies, and to answer any questions they may have about the butterflies or other related and non-related topics.

I am also in charge of making sure the area is up to code. This includes: Removing any dead butterflies from inside the garden (due to their short life), ensuring everything is clean and tidy inside and outside the garden, such as removing any litter from the ground and making sure everything is where it is suppose to be.

An important role I have is to do with our on-site gift shop. With this shop, I make sure all products are clean and in working order, all shelves are stocked and kept tidy, and to confidently sell the items to our customers and to be able to provide change if needed, without hesitation.
