Senior practitioner in Intergrated Liasion serives, Senior Practitioner in Home Treatment Services , Senior Community Psychiatric Nurse ( I currently work as a bank nurse within all of the above services , providing comprehensive mental state and risk assessments to clients who present in crisis and to clients who suffer from Severe and enduring Mental illness.

In community settings I carry a complex caseload.

Senior nurse manager within G.P Federation which is a NHS funded organisation who manages 31 x G.P practices within the Newry and Mourne area.

I assumed full managerial and budget control of this service which included 18 staff.

This role also encompassed a regional strategy role to develop and expand the service to complete coverage of mental health practitioners for all of the Southern Trust.

I had responsibility for service development , staff training , rota management and service delivery.

• Manage service delivery for community mental health team ( approx 40 x staff , across 3 x buildings )
• Coordinated service delivery by liaising with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless and safe operations including covid 19.
