Damien Brett

I supervised, trained, and reformed prisoners while enforcing
rules and maintaining order in correctional facilities. My
responsibilities included inspecting facilities for security and
safety, searching inmates for contraband, and reporting on
inmate conduct. I also escorted and transported inmates,
collaborated closely with colleagues to ensure safety, and helped
prisoners plan for the future through rehabilitation programs.

Whilst caring for my mother, I completed the household duties, looked after my siblings, and looked after the finances, planned meetings, and appointments.

Provided hospitality, working upfront greeting and providing friendly customer service. Maintained high standards of customer services during high-volume, fast-paced operations. Ran several stations at once during peak times in order to ensure business went smoothly. Greeted customers and always gave great customer service.

Manufacturing plastic components, using CNC machinery, measuring the components to check tolerances, and quality checks to ensure the highest qualities of the components. From this job, I gained the ability to confidently be able to check the quality of components and understand the importance of quality. As well as being able to design and successfully manufacture given components.

Serving customers on the checkouts, stacking and organising shelves. I had to ensure that the customers had an easy and a stress-free shopping experience that I could give them.

I worked as a crew member, meaning that I cooked in the kitchen, as well as bagging the food and delivering it quickly and efficiently. From this I became more time efficient as well as more aware of busier surroundings.
