I had continued to worked within Major Projects delivering the A57 Link Road scheme to relieve congestion and improve journey times between Manchester and Sheffield but took ownership of more areas.
I have been involved in the creation of PCF products specifically all Benefits & Value managment and Risk managment related ones and had produced these vital products to enable the project to pass the stage gate assessment reviews enabling us to start construction.
I had also took a big role in stakeholder engagement by taking ownership of scheme correspondence's using our CRM (MP connect) system to provide responses to stakeholders, in a timely and accurate manner. I had also been involved with Governance activities such as the PCF process and coordinating IARs for the scheme and working with the governance team to ensure that the project was ready for the reviews.
I was also the document control contact for the scheme, ensuring that all of our documents go through the Business collaborator system to ensure consistency and an auditable trail. I would communicate any comments that the different stakeholders using the system.
Lastly I had took on ownership for the schemes financings, from setting up agreements to maintaining them by populating the trackers and to ensuring that all the schemes suppliers are paid on time.

I was fortunate to be accepted to the Co-op Young Business Leaders programme, which had combined College studies and Hands on work at the Head office of the Co-op . As a Business Trainee, I had the opportunity to rotate through different departments at the One Angel Square Co-op head office in Manchester city centre for six months.
